The SQSRM Manager Customer Order Display (COD) unit has many advanced features that have been designed for the QSR market. This design enhances the branding image of your company and its products by personalizing the display to meet individual needs or corporate requirements.

The COD can be tailored and programmed to meet your company requirements, and makes a great training tool by ensuring staff follow the correct ordering and training process.

The vandal resistant screen currently allows for up to 3 graphic boxes to be displayed on the COD screen. These graphic boxes will assist and influence the customer's choice by displaying:

  • A picture of the product they have just ordered
  • An Up Sell picture that best complements their chosen product
  • The promotional or push product of the week / month.

It is proven that when you link an up sell picture or push promotion on the COD screen, you can expect to increase your drive thru sales by 30% as well as your speed of service. It will give the drive thru customer a visual display of what the product looks like and help confirm their order at the point of sale.

It is even possible to make one of the picture boxes a video link from the staff member that is serving the customer. A real time image can be displayed on the COD screen in the drive thru to create a friendlier personal touch. This will enhance the clear communication between the customer and the order taker making the order process very personalized.
