Multimedia Timer

You actually see all cars moving in the drive thru lane in any combination and style; in single, tandem or dual lane.

This vital data is a world first as the SQSRM Timer displays information in Windows PC format. Data is shown on LCD monitors in high impact colour graphics format anywhere within the store.

Very briefly, the screens display – actual car movements, location of cars, drive thru lane service issues, location of compliance with the relevant stores target times and condition of waiting bays with critical service time data.

It displays actual car movements in real time on each screen. This data includes quantities of cars, location in the drive thru lane and their current service time at each point including the waiting bay.

Current systems only display information in an outdated and old fashion 3 – 4 letter dot matrix arrangement. These current systems are extremely limited in their information display, data management and after shift analysis features. This timer has the capacity to connect up to 8 waiting bay loops depending on the system required and ordered. This is the only timer system available on the market that can count and manage waiting bays!

Each vehicle that enters the drive thru is individually displayed and timed at each point / loop in the drive thru lane including the waiting bays. This vital information (not currently available on any timer system) is displayed on the LCD monitor and the quantity of display monitors is infinite. Each monitor installed can have individual configurations and can include on the display times like Current and Average times and the expected stores Service Goal.

This information on the screen is colour coded e.g. green, within average time, yellow, creeping into exceeding SOS times, red times exceeding the speed of service of your QSR service goal. It can assign the waiting bay information to a separate screen and this screen in turn can be located anywhere within the store for improved operational Speed of Service (SOS).

If a vehicle exceeds its determined time, a tone is heard and the vehicle changes colour from green to red and you can see the car moving through the drive thru lane.

You can then instantly view where the problem is and employ corrective action to rectify and improve the drive thru operation and condition.

The waiting bay information can be assigned to a voice channel or audible speaker alarm to alert crew that the waiting bay has exceeded its service goal setting. For stores that have installed the HME 6000 Digital Head Set system, vital information can be transmitted directly to all head sets or to the person assigned to the waiting bay. All times and information are saved to the hard drive and can be documented in spread sheet form with optional graphs to view past events.

This spread sheet function supplies the QSR manager with more information than is currently available. All of this information, being windows based, is easily exportable in any windows format and is available at the push of the button to be emailed or printed on standard printers. Critical information is highlighted in colours making data review easier and if connected to a colour printer, the statistics are viewed on A4 paper.

Reports can be per hour, shift, day, week or month to date. Additional reports can be designed to meet individual requirements.

Networking all of this data to a Head Office facility can be made available when required for further and deeper analysis (soon to be released).
